Popular influencer Enioluwa has criticized the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) over issues surrounding the ongoing UTME examinations across the country.
In a series of posts, Enioluwa called out the exam board for scheduling exams as early as 6:30 a.m., making it extremely difficult for candidates to arrive safely and on time, especially in areas with security challenges.
He also highlighted the struggles many candidates face in locating their assigned centers and expressed concern over reports of students going missing or getting involved in car accidents while trying to reach their exam venues.
Enioluwa lamented the culture of silence among Nigerians regarding systemic issues, noting that those who dare to speak up are often attacked or dismissed.
He described this attitude as evidence that Nigerians have sadly become used to "anyhowness" a term he used to capture the widespread acceptance of poor systems and disorganization.
His comments have since sparked conversations online, with many agreeing that urgent reforms are needed to prioritize the safety and welfare of candidates.
