Ghana’s Abdul-Rasheed Saminu came third in a time of 10.06s.

Ashe finished fourth in Heat 4 behind Jamaica’s Oblique Seville, Japan’s Abdul Hakim Sani Brown and Thailand’s Thurpool Bonboon.
