facility on Thursday night.
Nafiu Abubakar, Kebbi police spokesperson, confirmed the

The incident comes a day after the nation suffered a
blackout following the collapse of the national grid.
Adebayo Adelabu, minister of power, had said the collapse of
the grid was caused by a fire outbreak on the Kainji/Jebba 330kV line.
Efforts to reach KEDCO for details on the incident were unsuccessful as the company’s line was unreachable.
