Governor Abdullahi Ganduje of Kano State has named his
predecessor, Rabiu Kwankwaso as one of the architects of modern Kano.
Ganduje said himself and Kwankwaso are the architects who
developed Kano into a modern city.
The Governor spoke during a meeting with stakeholders of the
All Progressives Congress, APC, in the State yesterday.
Speaking at the State’s Government House, the Governor said
he and Kwankwaso did their best to lift the State.
He added that he would continue in such a stride as a
governor.
According to Ganduje: “Former Governor, Senator Rabi’u Musa
and I are the architects of modern Kano.
“Those responsible for the new face of Kano State are
Kwankwaso and Ganduje.
“We (Kwankwaso and Ganduje) have done our best in lifting
the face of Kano State. And I will continue to maintain this as a governor of
the state.”
