Manchester United interim manager, Ralf Rangnick, has said
that he would make two difficult decisions when his side tackle Newcastle
United in Monday’s Premier League tie.
Rangnick said he would make hard decisions on which player
will be in Man United’s starting XI against Newcastle United at St. James’
Park.
The German spoke during his pre-match press conference on
Thursday.
Man United head to the game following a 1-0 victory over
Norwich City in their last Premier League encounter.
The Red Devils are currently in 6th position on the Premier
League table with 27 points from 16 games.
“Well, as far as I could see in training today, they are all
in good shape. They did their homework; they all had their schedules to train
at home and they stuck to that schedule and to that programme,” Rangnick said.
“From what I saw today in training, I can say most of them –
if not all of them – might be available, and of course, I would have to take
some difficult decisions; who will be in the squad, who will be in the starting
XI.”
The kick-off time for Newcastle vs Man United is 9 pm.
