‘I’ve made mistakes’ — Kanye West talks fixing marriage to Kim Kardashian

Kanye ‘Ye’ West, the Grammy-winning artist, says he plans to work out his strained relationship with Kim Kardashian, his estranged wife.

The billionaire rapper spoke about his broken marriage during a visit to the Skid Row on Thanksgiving Eve.

He said all he wants to do is “go back home” and be as close to “the situation” and his children as possible.

“Now it’s time to restore the families this Thanksgiving. It’s all about restoring the family,” Kanye said.

“This morning I felt so blessed to wake up, to workout and be able to drive to my house and see my wife and my kids.

“The narrative God wants is to see that we can be redeemed in all these relationships.

“We’ve made mistakes. I’ve made mistakes. I’ve publicly done things that were not acceptable as a husband.

“But right now today, for whatever reason — I didn’t know I was going to be in front of this mic — but I’m here to change the narrative. I’m not letting E! write the narrative of my family.

“I’m not letting Hulu write the narrative of my family. I am the priest of my home. I’m trying to express this in the most sane way, the most calm way possible, but I need to be back home.”

Kanye West and Kim split after she filed for divorce in February — about seven years after they tied the knot.

The pair later agreed to have joint custody of their four children — North, 7, Saint, 5, Chicago, 3, and Psalm, 2.

Earlier, he had maintained that Kim was still his wife, despite the ongoing process from their divorce.

Kim and Pete Davidson, the US comedian, were reported to be dating after they were spotted getting dinner together.
