Nigeria hosts Liberia in their first 2022 FIFA World Cup qualifying game on Friday evening.
The game will be played at the Teslim Balogun stadium in Lagos. Kick off is 5pm West African time.
The Super Eagles have played the Lone Stars 14 times in the past across all competitions, winning nine times.
The last time Nigeria lost to Liberia was in July 2000 during a World Cup qualifying campaign, with Christopher Wreh scoring twice.
Gernot Rohr’s men will be looking to begin the series on a winning note, before they travel four days to face Cape Verde.
The game will be aired live on Super Sports.
