Tega Dominic, BBNaija season six housemate, says she told
her husband she could do anything on the reality TV show before her foray into
the ‘Shine Ya Eye’ house.
The mother of one was reflecting on a recent viral video
wherein she was seen k!$$ing Boma, her fellow housemate, passionately during a
conversation with Yousef.
The clip has since continued to elicit mixed reactions from
many lovers of the show, with some wondering why she would indulge in such act
despite being married.
During the brief chat, Yousef had told Tega that her husband
would have seen the video of her intimate moment with Boma.
“Tega, you husband go
don see that kiss,” he had said in a mixture of English and Pidgin.
But reacting, Tega said she is aware her husband would have
seen it, adding that she had discussed such scenes with him prior to the show.
The entrepreneur also said she could not shy away from such
intimate moments as doing such on the ground that she is married could make her
lose the goodwill of the show’s lovers.
“I already told him I
could do anything in the house,” she said.
“Basically, in this house, there are things you need to do
actually and if you don’t do them, people that are judgemental would attack
you. Some will say if you know that you’re married, why are you here?
“Some will also say you came to the show to play marriage.
So, it’s a game and I have to play it. I’m a good actor so I need to play it
out. I don’t have a choice.”
Her comment comes amid the dust trailing the reality TV
star’s marriage after she earlier said she would move on if the union crashes
when she exits the show.
The marriage further left tongues wagging recently after her
husband revealed he once cheated on Tega in their matrimonial home.
