Chelsea manager, Frank Lampard, has ambitions of coaching
Barcelona, according to Spanish football expert, Guillem Balague.
Balague made this claim while speaking on the Onze
programme.
“His dream is to train in LaLiga and do what he couldn’t do
as a player.
“He would like to sit on the bench at the Camp Nou and coach
Barça,” he said.
Balagué also recalled that Lampard was close to signing for
Barca when he was a player in 2005.
Lampard is presently under pressure at Stamford Bridge
following a poor run of results.
Former Paris Saint-Germain manager, Thomas Tuchel,
ex-Juventus boss Massimiliano Allegri, Leicester City head coach, Brendan
Rodgers and Southampton’s Ralph Hasenhuttl are the four contenders to replace
him if Chelsea sacks him.
