The Deeper Life Bible Church says it will on Tuesday address
the public on the alleged assault of one of its students in its school in Uyo,
capital of Akwa Ibom.
The church is speaking on the matter for the second time —
hours after some Nigerians had demanded justice for the little boy on the
microblogging platform.
NigerianEye earlier reported how Deborah Okezie, the
mother of the 11-year-old student, claimed her son was molested by his seniors
after the principal moved him to their dormitory for urinating on his bed.
She had also claimed that her son told her the senior
students pushed their hands and legs into his anus while also threatening to
kill him if he reported to his parents or the principal, who was recently
suspended over the case.
The mother had thereafter narrated how she was attacked at
the office of Enobong Mbobo, the commissioner for education in the state, who
had invited her and her son for questioning on the instruction of the state
government.

It will always be like that cos the church concerned
ReplyDeletehas always been hated by more than half of Nigerians population.however the church has said they are looking into the matter already as the church herself will not take such lightly but as it is now it seems the offense committed in the church is more griveous than the one committed by our political leaders.......it is well
The church should take the part of peace to resolve the matter
