Nigerian military Special Forces mock Police SWAT (VIDEO)

Some members of the military Special Forces (SF) heading to a mission took the police to the cleaners in a recording.

In the video, they are seen navigating on canoes being paddled by locals.

The lake, people and voices suggest a Northern terrain.

“Where is the SWAT that will come here. What have they seen, what do they know”, an operative said in pidgin English while filming.

It is unclear if the officers are from the Nigerian Air Force, Nigerian Army or the Nigerian Navy.

The three arms have individual SF, the eliite components highly trained for major operations.

Nigerians have been mocking the police since a training video of Special Weapon and Tactics Team (SWAT) personnel went viral.

The Inspector-General of Police, Mohammed Adamu, announced the unit after disbanding the notorious Special Anti-Robbery Squad (SARS).

Adamu said those selected are young, smart and energetic officers who have acquired not less than seven years working experience with clean service records.

The IGP assured that the SWAT will operate within very high professional and ethical standards, rule of law and dictates of best international policing practices.
