Former Big Brother Naija, BBNaija, housemate, Rico Swavey
has disclosed that he helped one of the current housemates, Nengi to get
selected for the reality television show.
Swavey revealed that Nengi had in 2018 sent him a DM on
Instagram requesting for assistance on how to get selected for BBNaija
auditioning.
In a tweet on his official Twitter handle, the former
housemate said he started mentoring Nengi until she was selected as one of the
current Lockdown housemates.
He wrote: “In 2018 a fan sent me a DM on Instagram telling
me she will like to audition for #BBNaija
“Since then I have been mentoring her.
“She tried in 2019
but wasn’t picked.
“This year she succeeded. I’m going to support her till the
end. That fan is NENGI.”
