A policeman allegedly whipped a
driver for refusing to offer him and his colleagues bribe along Sapele road,
Benin City.
It was reported that the
policeman accused the river of being “disrespectful” for refusing to bribe
them.
In a short Instagram video, the
policeman was seen whipping the driver, who kept running away from him.
