Former Minister of Aviation, Femi
Fani-Kayode, on Thursday, revealed what will happen to President Muhammadu
Buhari if he refuses to step down for Atiku Abubakar if he is defeated in 2019.
Fani-Kayode, a PDP chieftain said
members of the opposition will stage a protest to the Presidential Villa,
Abuja.
In a tweet, Fani-Kayode said
members of the opposition will march to Buhari’s bedroom and give him the
treatment meted out to former President of Cote d’Ivoire, Laurent Gbagbo, who
was ousted from power.
In a tweet, the former Minister
stressed that members of the opposition will drag Buhari to the International
Criminal Court of Justice, ICC, in the Hague over crimes against humanity.
“To those that boastfully
proclaimed that after @MBuhari has been defeated, he will not step down for
@atiku I say this: if he refuses to go we will march on the Villa, enter his
bedroom, give him the Gbagbo treatment and send him to ICC to answer for his
many crimes against humanity,” Fani-Kayode tweeted.
