The Lagos state Police Command
has announced that all routes in Lagos are open for traffic.
Earlier, some parts of Nigeria’s
commercial city, Lagos were shut down by the authorities due to the president’s
visit.
The Lagos commissioner of police,
Edgal Imohimi, gave an update on the situation Thursday, March 29.
Imohimi said “All routes are open
to both human and vehicular traffic; members of the public are advised to go
about her normal business.
“Lagos residents are assured of
adequate security and easy flow of traffic during and after Buhari’s visit.
President Muhammadu Buhari on
Thursday visited Lagos state three years into his presidency.
He will be in Lagos on a two-day
official visit ending Friday, March 30.
