DSIEC chairman, Barr Mike Ogbodu, who made the announcement on Sunday, also disclosed that election at Ughelli North and Ethiope East has been rescheduled for Tuesday 9, January 2018.
It will be recalled that election was inconclusive in the two local government areas due to violence that led to the torching of DSIEC office at Ughelli.
DSIEC also declared that APC won 1 councillorship position in Aniocha North Ward 2, while the result for Ika South LGA was announced not ready.
