Media mogul, Dele Momodu, has
reacted to meeting of President Muhammadu Buhari and former president Olusegun
Obasanjo at the African Union (AU) Summit over the weekend.
On Sunday night, the official
Twitter account of President Buhari shared pictures and a video of him shaking
hands with Obasanjo.
Buhari was seen giggling and
chatting with Obasanjo and another former Head of State, Abdulsalami Abubakar.
This comes few days after Obasanjo wrote a lengthy memo to Buhari, warning him
not to stand for re-election next year.
However, in Momodu’s opinion,
that does not necessarily mean they were now enemies.
He posted an image of the two men
and wrote alongside it on social media: “Criticising a man does not mean you’re
enemies!!!”
