Senator representing Kaduna
central, Shehu Sani, has faulted celebrated report by the National Bureau of
Statistics, NBS, that the country is out of recession.
The lawmaker stressed that only
those bearing the effects of recession in their daily lives can confirm
Nigeria’s exit from recession, not government.
According to him, the three ways
to get out of recession are by figures, by facts, by facts and figures.
“The best people to confirm
whether actually we are out of recession are the people bearing the effects of
it in their daily lives.
“A predatory society is where
politics is a career and not a service.
“There are three ways to get out
of recession.By figures,by facts,by facts and figures.” Sani wrote via his
twitter page @shehusani
Recall that the National Bureau
of Statistics, NBS, had on Tuesday said Nigeria’s economy is now out of
recession as Gross Domestic Product, GDP, returned to positive growth.

There's serious hardship in the land, all the stories of getting out of rescission is a big lie, things are still the way they are. All local commodities are madly expensive, why can we be sincere for once Nigerians. Nothing has changed on the grassroot which are caused by premature or novice leadership.A spade must be called a spade.
