ReplyDeleteThe author of the query is not only a shame but also an embarrassment to an entire workforce of Local Government in Nigeria, the right thinking ones, the academic papers of the dullard that pushed him up to the present position is occupying or his official rank should be investigated while appropriate sanction should be meted out.
