Former President, Goodluck
Jonathan has reacted to the ultimatum issued to the Igbos in the north to leave
the region.
Reports that a coalition of
Northern Youth Groups in what they tagged “The Kaduna Declaration” had given
all Igbos residing in any part of Northern Nigeria three months to relocate to
their places of origin.
Reacting, however Jonathan in a
post on his social media page affirmed that every Nigerian has the right to
live in any part of the country.
He wrote, “Every Nigerian citizen has an inalienable right to reside in any part of Nigeria. As Nigerians, we should all tailor our thoughts, actions and utterances to promote this and other rights. We are all brothers and sisters born from the womb of mother Nigeria.Click to signup for FREE news updates, latest information and hottest gists everyday
“There are no still births or unwanted births from our mother. We are all one and equal and it is the responsibility of all men of goodwill to appeal for calm and unity in our beloved country Nigerians. GEJ.”

THE AREWA YOUTHS RANTING.
ReplyDeleteTHESE SO CALLED AREWA YOUTHS. THEY ARE NOTHING BUT ALMAJIRIS, POOR BEGGARS, AND SHOE-SHINERS. LET THEM FIRST EVACUATE THE SHOE SHINERS AND ANIMAL REARRES DOWN IN THE EAST. THE IGBOS ARE RIGHT IN THEIR AGITATIONS. WHO IN THIS COUNTRY IS HAPPY WITH THE NIGERIAN SITUATION. THE ALMAJIRIS IN THE NORTH SHOULD BE GRATEFUL TO THE IGBOS ALL THEIR LIVES. IF THE WORST COMES TO THE WORST LET NIGERIA DIVIDE. WE ARE BETTER OFF AS MINORITY IN FREEDOM THAN SLAVERY IN MAJORITY. NIGERIA IS A FRAUD RIGHT FROM INCEPTION. AND WE HAVE BEEN LIVING IN FRAUD. INNOCENT LIVES SHED UNNECESSARILY OVER THE YEARS WILL NEVER ALLOW NIGERIA AND NIGERIANS TO REST. LET THESE AREWA YOUTHS FIRST EVACUATE THEIR IDLE BEGGARS FROM THE SOUTH. POWER HAS BEEN IN THE NORTH SINCE INDEPENDENCE YET POVERTY WALKS THEREIN BAREFOOTED. AND THEIR YOUTHS ARE BRAINWASHED INTO THEIR BEGGARLY LIFE STYLE. LET THEM EMBRACE EDUCATION TO OPEN THEIR EYES AND MINDS. Jay 2, Abuja.

DeleteThese Fulani people don't even belong to Nigeria or whatever better name to call it. They are people who wandered from the Sahara desert as Usman Dan Fodio was pushing violence across the region. Nigeria belongs to people of the middle belt down to the south and across to the east and west. The so called fulani northerners were poor beggers and normads that were allowed to stay as a result of their wandering, so they don't die in the sahara desert. Now their rulers and youths are running their mouths like tap water.
DeletePlease GEJ, shut-up your big mouth and mumu brain. We are not: "all brothers and sisters born from the womb of mother Nigeria" What the hell are you talking about? What relationship do you have with murderous illiterate Hausa-Fulani jihadists? Please shut-up your mouth and stop disgracing yourself.
ReplyDeleteWhen u get home repeat all you said to GEJ to your father...
DeleteFrom GEJ statement you could easily deduce someone trying to play safe. He is a political figure that prefers to defend politics than the ultimate Truth.
