No one showed up in court to claim the Ikoyi Dollars at the forfeiture hearing


According to Tolu Ogunesi, a digital communications officer for the Presidency, the forfeiture hearing for the money found in an apartment i Ikoyi held on Friday May 5, 2017 and no one showed up in court to claim the money




Nyesom Wike, the Rivers State government had earlier laid claim to the funds and it was expected that the state government would at least show up in court to claim the money, but no one came forward.

  4. that was a strategic diversion but it didn't work. the truth is, its was planed to be used for 2019 election but EFCC got there before them and to get the money back, they claim it was Rivers state money. which didn't work also

    Let them keep fooling u all. No apartment owner or tenant name. Can anyone put his or her money in another mans house? Efcc is a joke

  7. Go and listen to efcc statement in court and also go and read what ex DG of NIA said about the money and the apartment before you make this kind of commitment
