The General Overseer of the Latter Rain Assembly, Lagos, has warned that Nigeria is on the verge of another Civil War following the yet-to-be-addressed incessant killings of other Nigerians by herdsmen.
Pastor Tunde Bakare, said this on Sunday during his sermon declaring that the “country is moving towards another collapse” with the division among different groups and violence in the country.
Speaking on the topic, “All Things are Ready,” the cleric lamented that Nigerians might be forced to retaliate against the rampaging herdsmen.
He said, “We are at the verge of another collapse, if care is not taken. We are pushing ourselves into the (edge of the) precipice of another civil war.
“All these marauders, called herdsmen; if you don’t checkmate them quickly, and the people begin retaliation against what they are doing, we will begin to kill ourselves again.

Why are all our prophets and pastors doomy(my expression. When will you see the good days? Those that have half of what you claim you have namely, anointing and believable faith are already seeing the good days but what do we always get from you, doom, doom prophecies. Enough of all these. I just wonder what your congregants think after they listened to you. Surely, you will deceive them by telling them that they are covered or as you guys used to say, 'is not my portion'. Enough of the black magic in churches please.
ReplyDeleteBrother, there is nothing doomy about his utterances oo.. The killings need to stop. its common sense. Just do the maths. There has been unconfirmed herdsmen incidents in over 10 states. if these states launch attacks on hausa/fulani residents of their state, it could trigger a civil war.
