Former Special Adviser to ex-President, Goodluck Jonathan on Electronic Media, Reno Omokri, has alleged that foreigners were used to vote ex-President, Goodluck Jonathan out of power in 2015.
Omokri, a Pastor based in the United States, US, made the allegation while analyzing comments made by ex-Governor of Kano State, Rabiu Kwankwaso and current governor of the state, Abdullahi Ganduje, on the use of “Almajiris” in executing the 2015 election.
In a post on his Facebook, Omokri wrote, “Two Governors of Kano have inadvertently exposed the smoking gun proving that contrary to the Electoral Act, foreigners were illegally used to win elections in Kano and other states.
“On April 13, 2015, then Kano Governor, Rabiu Kwankwaso, speaking live to Channels TV (he can’t claim to be misquoted) said, ‘Almajiri votes were used to kick Jonathan out of the villa.’ Fast forward to April 7, 2017, and current Governor of Kano while speaking at the Kaduna Investment Summit said: “We discovered from our survey is that many of these Almajiris come from the Niger Republic, some from Chad, Northern Cameroon”
“If according to Kwankwaso, Almajiris were used to win the 2015 elections and if according to Ganduje, most of them are foreigners, it means non-Nigerians decided the 2015 elections.
“This is particularly crucial considering that President Buhari got his highest votes from Kano, Kaduna and Katsina in that order and these are the three states with the highest number of almajiri!”

This man is still crying over spilled milk. Anu ofia. 2 years after, you are still crying over your principals loss.
ReplyDeleteIn 2015 before the elections, Goodluck was president of Nigeria, and he was the one that influenced the infiltration of Nigeria with foreign Almajiri's, if not, what action did he take to stop them? Reno, why are you crying for a laggard like Jona who could not do any tangible thing for his own people. Please make I here word, nonsense. And let me even tell you Reno, you are mock Jonathan, making fun of him all the time, and it's not good. Stop all these comments if you really like him.
ReplyDeleteI am not sure the man is a pastor because I never heard him preach sermon
ReplyDeleteIn same 2015 Jonathan and his Cabals used compromised INEC staff to get votes
ReplyDeleteReno Omokri has abandoned the pulpit. He fabricates all sorts of falsehood because he is hurting badly from his former boss's defeat. If anyone had the instruments to rig the last elections, it was the president who had all the apparatus of the state at his disposal - like he did in Ekiti State. Now, Reno wants us to believe that Buhari who was not in power was powerful enough to rig the elections in his own favour? Reno has lost it.
ReplyDeleteTrash bags. This Reno needs medical attention
ReplyDeleteStop deceiving yourselves. Almajiris have always been used by certain parts of this country. The use of Almajiris is as old as politics of this country. You should thank Reno for bringing it up at this time. Heads of cattle and the names of dead people were being used, with impunity, to boost election figures for these same parts of Nigeria! Find out.
ReplyDeleteUse off almajiri is not new, this has formed part of the winning formula for Northern politicians. Reno, should channel his energy toward strengthen INEC. So that future election will be fair, encourage use biometric and electronic voting and monitoring and audit of enrolled voters. So no under aged and non Nigeria wouldn't be able to vote
