Buhari to launch economic recovery plan on Wednesday

President Muhammadu Buhari will on Wednesday launch the Economic Recovery and Growth Plan 2017-2020.

According to a statement on Tuesday by the Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, Mr. Femi Adesina, the launching is in furtherance of the current administration’s drive to sustain and build on the successes so far recorded in tackling corruption, improving security and re-revamping the economy.

Adesina said the launching would take place in the Council Chambers of the Presidential Villa, Abuja, at 11am.

“The Medium-Term ERGP, which had earlier been approved by the Federal Executive Council has amongst its broad strategic objectives, restoring sustainable, accelerated inclusive growth and development; investing in the people; and building a globally competitive economy,” the presidential spokesman added.

  1. Economy recovery what. He should make sure he reverses the prices of all the local commodities the way he met them in may 2015. for example 1 rubber of Garri N150 now 1k,PMS N87 now N145,all kind of food stuffs,Building materials, house rent-age,PHCN we where seeing light before but now no light at all.$1-N165 now N520-380.etc Return this prices back dont recover,if you recover the situation might be worst. You made the situation worst so that after we have past so much pain then you will tell CBN to push money into the FX as if you are working its a lie. A simple example of fire already engulfed a massive building, when you use water without chemical its increases the fire. You are just buying time. The Dollar will spring up again.
