ReplyDeleteThe issue is not that whether Dino is in possession of an authentic ABU degree certificate, because he does. The question is did he pass the requisite exams that would have permitted him to hold that certificate? If yes no problem he gets to win this case. If not, then how did he "graduate" from ABU to be in possession of an authentic ABU certificate and proceeded to participate in NYSC program???
