Manchester City coach, Pep Guardiola, has said the gap between them and Chelsea is still “too big” and admits they cannot catch the Premier League leaders.
Guardiola made these comments, after their 4-0 win over West Ham at the London Stadium.
He had previously claimed Antonio Conte’s men were too far ahead of the chasing teams and has now insisted the title is Chelsea’s to lose.
“The gap is too big, just Chelsea can lose the Premier League,” Guardiola said.
“But we’ll be in it until the last day fighting for a qualifier for the Champions League, but all the teams are so strong.
“Tottenham, Arsenal and [Man] United. All of them are so dangerous, but we want to be there with them, of course.”
Kevin de Bruyne, David Silva, Gabriel Jesus and Yaya Toure all scored for City as they completely outclassed their hosts on Wednesday night.
