Senator Abaribe, Good morning. You are just waking up from sleep. Where have you been? So, you really are not in the senate to have seen that computers are budgeted every year. This is a country where an incoming governor will not use the furniture used by the outgoing nor use the same vehicles used by the outgoing. The outgoing will either take the ones he used or sell them. Legislators will never vacate their quarters after the expiration of their mandates. Every now and then public funds are used for frivolities. This is the real definition of Nigerian economy. If we are just seeing this in a regime that has just scratched the surface of corruption in the country, can one imagine in those years of Paddy-Paddy government. Your guess may not be that of mine.

Talk! Talk!! Talk!!! no action. This same senator will be silenced when he's made the chairman of a particular committee. As soon as he's eating from one angle, dead silence. He will be careless about whatever happens.
