Nwankwo Kanu has posited that Super Falcons will win their 10th African Women Championship crown on Saturday in Cameroon when they file out against their Cameroonian counterparts, Indomitable Lionesses in the final of the 2016 edition in Yaounde, Cameroon
"If you ask me, yes, Falcons will win," screamed Kanu in support of the Nigerian girls' title hunt.
"We have the quality. The talent is there and the team have done well so far so, yes, I'm a Nigerian, I'm patriotic.
"It will be difficult, yes, because Cameroon are at home but Falcons will win."
The former Inter Milan and Portsmouth of England striker further spoke on the chances of Super Eagles defeating Cameroon in the 2018 FIFA World Cup qualifiers.
"Super Eagles are top on the group. They have a better chance of winning.
"With wins over Zambia and Algeria, and a possible win against Cameroon, Nigeria can finish the first round on nine points.
"But they should not be carried away because we still have to travel to Algeria and Cameroon".
