Since onception of our local governments in Nigerian history, it has been disappointing that nothing good can be recollected to its credibility. Progress in terms of adequate care and development has remained stagnant and what do we see, demand for levies of all canes without good road, clean water, foundermental etc, etc, has degenerated. Needless say more but to advance every arms of government to jointly monitor every project investments and take careful records of records of improvement under all major projects to be sure of accountability.
