Policemen abandon duty post, fill helmets with onions from moving truck in Kogi

Some officials of the Nigeria Police Force, NPF, at a checkpoint in Kogi State were Friday pictured picking onions that fell from a moving truck.


The truck driver was trying to negotiate a bad point along Adavi road in the state when some of the onions loaded, fell off.

The photos, as shared by a Twitter user, @DOlusegun, revealed that the officers, who had abandoned their duty post, ran after the truck, filling their helmets with onions that fell off.

    Because of hunger in the land, and in the other hand,they are doing their job by removing it away to avoid obstruction on the road,up Nigeria! Hahahaha
