He spoke on submission of a petition against Speaker of the House of Representatives, Hon. Yakubu Dogara, and other principal officers by former Chairman, House Committee on Appropriation, Mr. Abdulmumin Jibrin.
“Definitely, a report will be written and it will be forwarded to the appropriate authorities with recommendations. It could be either,” Sagay told newsmen.
On likely recommendation, he said such would be decided when the committee met.
“You know in a matter like this, you cannot say anyone is found culpable yet. When an issue arises and someone forwards a petition to us, because this is like a petition, it could be oral or written.
