Recession may continue till 2020 - Former NBA President Agbakoba

Former President, Nigerian Bar Association, NBA, Dr. Olisa Agbakoba, on Tuesday, expressed concerns that Nigeria may continue to experience the current recession cycle till 2020, if the President Muhammadu Buhari-led Federal Government fail to immediately bounce the economy massively.


Agbakoba, who spoke to journalists in Lagos, lamented that having done a diagnosis of the nation’s current economic woes, it seems to be complicated by inflation, high interest rates, unemployment, weak infrastructure, lower oil price and no growth economy.

    God, disappointed apc who's only plan was to kill and destroy life and prosperities. If they failed. But now they won, what do we do? Let us kill them with economic hardship. Masari kasket shall burial all the apc members.

    Recession is a Buhari property. It always comes with any Buhari's administration and disappears when he is out of power
