Super Eagles skipper Mikel Obi has backed Chelsea to go for victory when they host Liverpool at Stamford Bridge on Friday.
In their last meeting at the Bridge last season, Liverpool came from a goal down to win 3-1 thanks to goals from Philippe Coutinho (brace) and Christian Benteke. Ramires had given Chelsea an early lead.
Going into Friday's clash, Liverpool beat reigning champions Leicester City 4-1, while Chelsea were forced to a 2-2 draw by Swansea.
Mikel, who is yet to make an appearance for Chelsea this season, however, urged his team-mates to put the disappointing draw against Swansea behind them and go for the win against Liverpool.
"Always a tough game against Liverpool. Let's get back to winning ways and make it four out of five," he wrote on his Twitter handle on Thursday.
Chelsea will temporarily go top of the table if they manage to beat Liverpool and hope Manchester City slip up at home against Bournemouth.
