Nigeria’s women U17 team have started training ahead their opening game versus Brazil in the 2016 Fifa U17 Women's World Cup.
The Flamingos landed in Jordan, the venue for the fifth edition of the tournament on Tuesday, and had their first training session with all 21-players.
Coach Bala Nikyu’s ladies will kick off their campaign for the 2016 edition of the tourney against Brazil in a 12,000 capacity King Abdullah II stadium this Saturday by 4pm Nigerian time.
The Flamingoes have made it through to the quarter finals of the last three editions of the competition which debuted in New Zealand in 2008.
