Brother to embattled Director of Radio Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu, Prince Kanu, on Sunday, described the current anti-corruption fight as a “witch-hunt” against perceived enemies of President Muhammadu Buhari.
Speaking with newsmen, Prince wondered why security agencies have not gone after some prominent personalities around President Muhammadu Buhari, perceived to be corrupt.
Maintaining that Buhari who is the proponent of the current anti-graft fight is also corrupt, Prince admonished the President to disclose what he “did with funds allocated to him when he was the Chairman of Petroleum Trust Fund, PTF.”
According to Prince, Nigeria is built on corruption, and that was why Kanu emerged to create a corrupt free nation in Biafra.
Prince said, “Corruption is a religion that is practiced here in Nigeria and everyone including the President himself is corrupt.
“Nigeria is built on corruption that is why people like Kanu emerged to create a new and better nation called Biafra.”
“The anti-corruption war is a witch hunt and its one-sided. Buhari’s enemies are been targeted every day.
“Why are people like Tinubu, Amaechi and other APC governors not being investigated. Are they telling us they are not corrupt?”
Citing further instances of the corrupt nature of the current administration, He said, “Why is the order granting Nnamdi Kanu bail not been adhered to by the Federal Government till today. His prolonged detention is an act of corruption. Buhari should also tell Nigerians what he did with the funds allocated to him when he was the Chairman of Petroleum Trust Fund, PTF.”
