Nigeria international, Efe Ambrose, has been dropped from Celtic's 24-man Champions League squad released by Brendan Rodgers.
Ambrose was dropped along with Kris Commons and Kristoffer Ajer.
Defender Jozo Simunovic and winger Gary Mackay-Steven, who are working their way back from injuries, are included by manager Brendan Rodgers.
Ambrose has always come under serious criticism due to series of mistakes that have led to goals.
The former Ashdod FC defender turned down a deadline day move to Belgian top-flight club Standard Liege.
Celtic were drawn in the same group with Barcelona, Manchester City and Borussia Monchengladbach.
