Jibrin cuddles wife as APC orders him to "shut up"

Abdulmumin Jibrin, former chairman of House of Representatives Appropriation committee has reacted to an order from his party, the All Progressives Congress, APC, telling him to stop talking about budget padding.



The lawmaker posted on his Twitter handle:
"Since I can't post anything else, let me just celebrate my wife..."
