Diego Costa on Monday night rescued a late win for Chelsea at the Stanford Bridge to deny West Ham a point in the encounter.
Eden Hazard gave the Blues the edge early in the second half, but late on James Collins stole in to level matters against the run of play. Just as it seemed the points would be shared, Diego Costa struck a last-minute winner for the Blues.
