The Speaker of the House of Representatives, Yakubu Dogara, on Friday declared that he will not resign from the position over controversies bordering on alleged padding of the 2016 Budget.The sacked Chairman of House Committee on Appropriation, Abdulmumini Jibrin, had claimed that Dogara supported the padding of the budget with N40 billion.
