Dr. Okezie Victor Ikpeazu had filed an appeal against the Judgment of Justice Okon Abang in the case filed by Uche Ogah at the Appeal Court presided over by Hon. Justice Morenikeji Ogunwumiju where the hearing took place.
Recalled that, last week the same court had dismissed the application of Alex Otti seeking to be joined in the matter as an interested party.

The court is still in session as at 14.00pm, may give judgment today or may decide to shift it to a future date.
