Algeria coach Milovan Rajevac has admitted that it will be tough to come up against Nigeria and other teams in Group B of their 2018 FIFA World Cup qualifiers.
The former Black Stars boss was recently unveiled as head coach of Les Fennecs.
The Serbian describes the pool as the group of death but hopes his side will prevail at the end of the day.
"Cameroon, Nigeria and Zambia are all good sides and have a great footballing history behind them," he told FIFA.Com.
''It's the group of death because every team is looking to qualify.
"At the end of the day, the best side will go through, and I hope it's Algeria.
"The standard of African football is improving all the time and our rivals are strong.
"We need to play each match with the idea that we're the best team on the continent, and while also trying to keep cleen sheets and score lots of goals at the other end."
