Nigeria internationals have taken to Twitter to celebrate the Eid-el-Fitri festival with Nigerians.
Wednesday marks the end of the month-long Ramadan fasting for Muslims worldwide and the day is celebrated with prayers and feasting.
Lazio midfielder Ogenyi Onazi, Chelsea defender Kenneth Omeruo and Watford striker Odion Ighalo all wished Muslims happy eid on Wednesday morning.
“Eid Mubarak to all my Muslims friends all over the world,” Onazi wrote on Twitter, with a picture of himself dressed like an Arab.
Omeruo added, also on Twitter: “Wishing all my Muslim friends and fans a happy celebrations.”
Ighalo wrote: “Happy EID MUBARAK to Mum and all My muslim people.”
