ReplyDeletePDP is really confused, instead of going to appeal against the ruling obtained by Sheriff, you went to federal high court PH to obtain your own ruling again knowing fully well that both court are court of coordinate jurisdiction. PDP lawyers know that Federal High Court PH cannot nullify the Ruling of Federal High Court Lagos, Abuja etc. Why are you all running to federal high court to buy judgment and no one is ready to go on Appeal against the ruling obtained by the other.
ReplyDeleteIf Makarafi think that Sheriff is not the authentic chairman why not go on appeal against the ruling he got from Federal High Court,why going to PH to obtain your own ruling knowing fully well that, the both courts has equal power,why not go to the superior power to prove Sheriff wrong. PDP should stop disturbing the public with their confusion. You can easily go to PH to buy judgment true Wike instead of going to court of Appeal to stop Sheriff. Keep deceiving yourself, go to Court of Appeal if you are serious PDP.
Federal High Court can not nullify Judgment of fellow Federal High Court please.
