President Muhammadu Buhari has said that he is resuming work stronger and more energetic. The president stated this while fielding questions from State House correspondents on Sunday at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja, after a vacation in London.
President Buhari, jokingly, challenged one of the correspondents, who asked him of his state of health, to a wrestling competition.
The president, who was clad in a light brown kaftan with a cap to match, did not use the helicopter meant to transport him to the presidential villa, but rather embarked on road journey.
The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that the presidential plane carrying the president landed at the Presidential Wing of the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport at about 5.32 p.m.
Members of the Federal Executive Council, Service Chiefs, Chief of Staff to the President, Abba Kyari and Inspector General of Police, Solomon Arase were among those who welcomed President Buhari at the airport.

ReplyDeleteOne thing that still bothers me is the reason why presidents lie or hide their state of ill health. From his response to the reporter, it's clear that he was very ill when he left the country. Since he said he went to see his doctor for just an ear infection, I expected his response to be that his ear or hearing is now perfect.
It is very important that we know the true state of our leaders' health so that we know our area of concentration while praying for them.
The man buhari is in a very critical health saga which will not be disclosed now for some reasons, brain tumor is one of the most deadliest diseases and he's diagnosed of being a victim.There's nothing anyone can do about it other than death taking its course. I pray God should take him away by any means whatsoever so we can at least have relief from this hardship he has put everyone into.
