Former President Goodluck Jonathan says he is proud that his administration built hundreds of primary schools across the country even though it wasn’t the primary responsibility of the federal government.Speaking on Monday at a session organised by Bloomberg in London, Jonathan said though establishment of primary and secondary schools, his administration built many of such schools.
He said since he handed over power, he has had enough time to reflect, making reference to the peaceful transition.
“I am proud of the fact that my administration established a federal university in the 12 States that did not previously have them,” he said.
“Despite it not being the responsibility of the federal government, we built hundreds of primary secondary schools across Nigeria.
“Since leaving office one year and one week ago, I have had the luxury of time to be able to reflect. Before the last election, I said that my political ambition was not worth the blood of one Nigerian. It has always been my consistent desire to help consolidate peace and cultivate democracy in Nigeria and across Africa.

ReplyDeleteThis man is completely lost. How can you be talking this way? I thought you have learnt your lessons? You cannot stop amazing me. You built hundreds of primary schools although that was not part of your deliverables. You built 12 unfunded universities. You also built super individuals, who are richer than their states and killed our economy, you forgot to tell us that. Please just maintain that silence you had maintained since leaving office and stop making mockery of yourself. This is disgraceful.
