Self-acclaimed president of the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF), Chris Giwa, and his board will appear before the sports committee of the federal House of Representatives in Abuja on Thursday.
They were earlier scheduled to meet with the committee on Tuesday.
Giwa and his group are claiming to be the legitimate body elected to run the affairs of Nigerian football, a development which has seen him slapped with a five-year ban from all football activities by the Amaju Pinnick-led NFF.
Pinnick and some members of his board had previously visited the committee, with the Giwa group now expected at the legislative chamber on Thursday as the controversy over the leadership of Nigerian football continues.
Giwa has however refused to appeal the ban, as he insists the Pinnick board remains illegal and has no such powers.
He and his group have been claiming to have been elected into the board of the NFF in Abuja on August 26, 2014, while Pinnick was elected in Warri, on September 30, 2014.
