Ghana international Andre Ayew has admitted that he is unsure of his future at Swansea City.
Ayew, who arrived at Swansea just under a year ago as a free agent, enjoyed a fine first season at the Liberty Stadium and finished as the club’s top scorer with 12 goals.
He was even the target of a transfer swoop from relegation-threatened Sunderland in the January transfer window, but the Swans refused to sell the former Marseille man.
The Black Stars player says he is happy at Swans, but adds that his future at the club will depend on a conversation between himself and chairman Huw Jenkins.
"I'm happy here. If I have to stay, fine. If I have to leave, I have to leave," Ayew is quoted by BBC Sport.
"I think you should ask the chairman," added Ayew, who has another three years left on his contract with the Welsh club.
"What is important for me is that I keep doing my work, and in football the truth of today is not the truth of tomorrow.
"We'll see what's going to happen, we'll have a discussion and see the way forward."
Ayew scored Swansea’s final goal of the season with a deflected free kick in their 1-1 draw with Manchester City on Sunday.
