A three man panel of Court of Appeal led by Justice Abdul Aboki has just affirmed the judgement of Justice James Tsoho of Federal High Court denying Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of Indigenous People of Biafra and his two co-accused bail.
The appellate court said the Federal High Court properly exercised its discretion judiciously and judicially in denying bail to Kanu and two others being tried by the Federal Government for treason.
The appellate court in a unanimous judgement ruled that there was enough facts in the proof of evidence filed before the court to show that the appelaants do not deserve bail. Click to signup for FREE news updates, latest information and hottest gists everyday

Our judiciary has become very laughable. They seek and receive orders from the TOP before they do anything. The name of the main judge shows that nothing positive would ever come and Favour Mr kanu. Nigeria has become a northern property and soon Wahhabism would take over with its attendant bloodshed.
ReplyDeleteWhat do one expect when the three man panel is headed by an ABOKI in the person of Abdul ABOKI.
ReplyDeleteAn average Hausa man hate an IGBO man with passion including senior Aboki in the person of Muhammadu BUHARI. Kill KANU if U wish, the Biafran struggle has come to stay.
Both you and the above anonymous are just stupid.why not look at the first judge,is he aboki as well?
DeleteDon't mind these fools jare!
DeleteOk...
DeleteEl Matosky as always been an ethnically biased fool
DeleteIts an undeniable truth,
DeleteAn almajir kid is raised in fear of an average Igbo man thus the hatred.
But the tide is turning, the economy of Nigeria is going south, everything an Igbo man touches becomes gold.
And having come from the lineage Of Christ, there must be reasons why an hausa man must fear and hate the Igbos.
Even our dear president in all his power is afraid of Nnamdi Kanu.
Check all the Igbos arrested by Dss and efcc, all of them were kept and brought to court on hand and leg cuffs.
But they are still marching on
The more they lock him up the more people get angry and want to support him.
ReplyDeleteHow many population do u have there? Talking about angry idiot, anything good for the country u don't like it, u only supported criminals nonsense
DeleteLol @ Aboki. That kind of name just begs for all sorts of victimization in school.
ReplyDeleteThe configuration called Nigeria is a big fraud. Our foundation is faulty and we will continue to rigmarole if nothing is done to restructure of country.
ReplyDeleteNnamdi kanu should face his case and not bringing people to suffer for his mistakes. He knew what treason was before he committed it. I am however not in support of not granting him bail but his status as a dual citizen is a tough issue for his person.
