After she was taken to Chibok, where she was identified by her parents, Amina reportedly said “all the girls are in Sambisa forest, but six of them had died," according to reports.
She reportedly added that the remaining girls were “well secured and protected” to stop the Nigerian Army from rescuing them.
She was rescued at the fringes of Sambisa forest by a Chibok vigilante group.
There is however confusion about the name of the rescued Chibok girl. Channels identified her as Amina Ali, a source called her Amina Nkek while the Nigerian army, in a statement said Falmata Mbalala was the rescued girl's name.
