Governor Nyesom Wike has expressed optimism that the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, will be stronger ahead of the 2019 general elections.
The governor who spoke, weekend, at Government House, Port Harcourt, as the Chairman of PDP National Convention Committee, said the party’s national convention would set in motion, the machinery for the party to win more states.
According to him: “One thing that is important is that this committee will revive our party. It will also allay the fears of our members over the rumours they hear. It is important for us to rebuild PDP to be a stronger party. PDP is our home in Rivers State.
